The future confronts us with a further individualisation of society, while, as a consequence of increasing competition, businesses are forced to implement changes in their organisations faster, more often and more drastically.

This will undoubtedly lead to greater resistance and the demobilization in and of organisations on the one hand, while reducing the mental and physical resolution of individuals on the other.

The structure of the Guild enables us to deploy Aikido as a martial and a kinetic art in a uniform, professional manner in a general and/or human resources strategy development, organisational changes, team formation, stress management and effective policies in respect to absence and reintegration.

The Dutch Aikikai Foundation has a dual objective:

The continual education, in the fullest sense of the word, of the associated members of the Guild and in doing this, the further development of our core competencies.

The deployment of these core competencies, , i.e. passing on knowledge and training in Aikikai Aikido in a structured and uniform manner:

- the development of body and mind

- the control of power and energy

- acting in harmony with oneself and one's surroundings, both for individuals and organisations.
